On Fridays there is Couscous or Tajine with Harira, the Moroccan soup with chickpeas, noodles and tomatoes. We cook the Couscous with lamb, pumpkin, chickpeas and plums, or vegan with courgette, carrots, white cabbage and kohlrabi. On Thursdays there is pumpkin soup.
With meat, the daily menu has for example Bastella with chicken and almonds, chicken curry with chickpeas and barberries, roast chicken with oranges and fennel, sliced veal with stir-fried vegetables, turkey ragout with mango and beef goulash.
Vegetarian or vegan, we cook for example a lentil and sweet potato pan, stuffed courgettes with rice in tomato sauce, white beans in tomato sauce, leek and peanut stew, potato and pumpkin ragout, roast cauliflower with peppers and a cauliflower and potato bake.
The soup of the day is always vegan: lentil soup, Harira, pumpkin soup, Moroccan barley soup (Tchicha), noodle and vegetable soup (Chorba) or a puréed vegetable soup.
